These prints were donated to The Friends of the S&DR by Darlington Borough Council. They were found when clearing out the Head of Steam Museum ready for major investment works to turn it into Hopetown. They were printed in 1975 by Darlington Borough Council as part of the 150th anniversary celebrations and the print was taken from the original painting which the council owns.

The print will be delivered rolled into a cardboard postal tube.
